CHAP. 197.— An Act For the relief of E. C. Mansfield. April 29, 1910.[[S. 3808](/us/bill/61/s/3808).][[Private, No. 54](/us/pvt/61/54).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Postmaster-General E. C. Mansfield. Credit in postal accounts.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause the accounts of E. C. Mansfield, postmaster tit Boston, Massachusetts, to be credited with the sum of two hundred and fifteen dollars and sixty-seven cents, and that he cause said credit to be certified to the Auditor of the Treasury for the Post-Office Department, being on account of the loss of two hundred and fifteen dollars and sixty-seven cents of the postal funds of said office stolen from the Back Bay station of said post-office, 1699it appearing that said loss was without fault or negligence on the part of the said postmaster, and the said sum of two hundred and fifteen dollars and sixty-seven cents is hereby appropriated out of any money not otherwise appropriated to pay said claim.
