CHAP. 197.— AN ACT To fix the time of holding the circuit and district courts for the northern district of West Virginia. March 2, 1911.[[H.R. 28215](/us/bill/36/hr/28215).][[Public, No. 446](/us/bill/36/pl/446).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That so much of the Act of Congress approved February eleventh, nineteen hundred and seven, entitled West Virginia northern judicial district.“An Act to fix the time of holding the circuit and district courts for the northern district of West Virginia,” as relates to the time of holding the regular terms of the circuit and district courts of the United States for the northern district of West Virginia, be amended so as to read as follows: 1014Regular terms Terms.of the circuit and district courts of the United States for the northern district of West Virginia Vol. 34, p. 890, amended.shall begin at the following times and places in each year:
At Martinsburg, the first Tuesday of April and the third Tuesday of September; at Clarksburg, the second Tuesday of April and the first Tuesday of October; at Wheeling, the first Tuesday of May and the third Tuesday of October;*Post,* p.1129.at Philippi, the fourth Tuesday of May and second Tuesday of November; at Parkersburg, the second Tuesday of January and second Tuesday of June: *Provided,**Proviso.*That a place for holding said courts at PhilippiCourt room at Philippi shall be furnished to the Government free of cost by the county of Barbour until other provision is made therefor by law.
