CHAP. 190.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of the Interior to make allotment to Frank H. Pequette. April 22, 1910.[[S. 5787](/us/bill/61/s/5787).][[Private, No. 51](/us/pvt/61/51).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Frank H. Pequette. Allotted lands in Fort Bois Indian Reservation, Minn.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to allot to Frank H. Pequette, an Indian, not to exceed eighty acres of vacant unallotted land within the Bols Fort Indian Reservation, in the State of Minnesota, and to issue to said Frank H.
Pequette a patent in fee for such lands as may be allotted to him. Approved, April 22, 1910.
