CHAP. 184.— An Act For the relief of Michael B. Ryan, son and administrator de bonis non of John S. Ryan, deceased. February 28, 1911. [[H. R. 19756](/us/bill/61/hr/19756).] [[Private, No. 244](/us/pvtl/61/244).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* John S. Ryan. Payment to administrator of. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Michael B.
Ryan, son and administrator de bonis non of John S. Ryan, deceased, late of Charleston, South Carolina, or to his legal representatives, the sum of fourteen thousand five hundred and eighty-two dollars and four cents, the same to be taken and accepted as a full and final release and discharge of his claim against the United States as found by the Court of Claims under the Act approved March twelfth, eighteenVol. 12, p. 820. hundred and sixty-three.
