CHAP. 184.— An Act To provide for the payment of expenses involved by the participation of the militia in joint maneuvers with the Regular Army during the season of nineteen hundred and eight. April 21, 1910.[[H. R. 22839](/us/bill/61/hr/22839).][[Public, No. 147](/us/pl/61/147).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the disbursing officersMilitia. of the several States, Territories, and the District of Columbia are Allotments to States, etc., available for joint maneuvers, 1908.hereby authorized to pay from allotments under section sixteen hundred and sixty-one, Revised Statutes, as amended, such sums as may be necessary to settle accounts incurred by the several States, Territories, R.
S., sec. 1661, p. 290. and the District of Columbia for expenses involved by the participation Vol. 34, p. 449.of the militia in joint encampments with the Regular Army during the season of nineteen hundred and eight: *Provided*, That the*Proviso*.Credit in accounts. accounting officers of the Treasury are hereby authorized and directed to credit such disbursements.
