CHAP. 182.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the Civil War, and to widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. February 28, 1911. [[S. 10817](/us/bill/61/s/10817).] [[Private, No. 242](/us/pvtl/61/242).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Pensions. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized anti directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of Charles B.
Flynn, late of Company K, First RegimentPensions.Charles B. Flynn. Nebraska Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of ten dollars per month. The name of George N. Holden, late of Company D, First RegimentGeorge N. Holden. West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. The name of Humphrey L. Carter, late of Captain P. C. Noland’sPensions increased.Humphrey L. Carter. Company B, Second Regiment Oregon Mounted Volunteers, Oregon and Washington Territory Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Samuel S. Householder, late of Company K, ThirdPension.Samuel S. Householder. Regiment Missouri Volunteer Infantry, and Company F, Twentieth Regiment United States Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month.
The name of Jesse P. Steele, late of Captain McRay’s company,Pension increased.Jesse P. Steele. Nauvoo Legion, Utah Volunteers, Utah Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Lillian A. Wilmot, widow of Willie C. Wilmot, late ofPension.Lillian A. Wilmot. Company C, First Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of the said Willie C.
