CHAP. 176.— An Act For the relief of Thomas Seals. February 27, 1911. [[H. R. 16268](/us/bill/61/hr/16268).] [[Private, No. 239](/us/pvtl/61/239).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Thomas Seals. Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws Thomas Seals shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as private in Company I, Thirteenth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, on the sixth day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-two: *Provided,*That no pension shall accrue from the date*Proviso.* No prior pension. the name of said Thomas Seals was dropped from the pension rolls to the date of the approval of this Act.
