CHAP. 176.— An Act To correct the military record of Sumeral Dennis. April 19, 1910[[S. 6496](/us/bill/61/s/6496)][[Private, No. 48](/us/pvt/61/48)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of WarSumeral Dennis.Military record corrected. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the military record of Sumeral Dennis, a private of Captain Jonathan Beatty’s company, First (Mean’s) Regiment South Carolina Militia, war of eighteen hundred and twelve, to show that said Dennis enlisted January fifteenth, eighteen hundred and fifteen, and was honorably discharged therefrom on February twenty-first, eighteen hundred and fifteen: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall*Proviso*.No pay, etc. accrue or become payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
