CHAP. 174.— An Act For the relief of David Jay Jennings. February 27, 1911. [[S. 7804](/us/bill/61/s/7804).] [[Private, No. 237](/us/pvtl/61/237).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* David Jay Jennings. Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, David Jay Jennings, who was a private in Company A, Second Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Heavy Artillery, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of said company and regiment on the eighth day of November, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided,*That no pay, bounty, or other*Proviso.*No prior pay, etc. emoluments shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
