CHAP. 173.— An Act For the relief of James M. Sweat. February 27, 1911. [[S. 7640](/us/bill/61/s/7640).] [[Private, No. 236](/us/pvtl/61/236).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* James M. Sweat. Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws James M. Sweat, late of the Third United States Dragoons, Captain John S. Sitgreaves’s company, War with Mexico, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of said organization on the thirty-first day of July, eighteen hundred and forty-eight: *Provided,*That no pay, bounty, or other emolument shall*Proviso.*No pay, etc. accrue or be payable by virtue of this Act, and that the pensionable status herein granted shall date from the approval of this Act.
