CHAP. 172.— An Act For the relief of Charles T. Gallagher and Samuel H. Proctor. February 27, 1911. [[S. 608](/us/bill/61/s/608).] [[Private, No. 235](/us/pvtl/61/235).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Charles T. Gallagher and Samuel H. Proctor. Military records corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws Charles T. Gallagher and Samuel H. Proctor shall hereafter be held and considered to have been mustered into the military service of the United States as musicians of the First Unattached Company, Massachusetts Militia Infantry, on April twenty-eighth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, the date of their enrollment: *Provided,**Proviso.*No prior pension, etc.
That no pay, bounty, or back pension shall accrue or become payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, February 27, 1911.
