CHAP. 171.— An Act For the relief of Horace C. Dale, administrator of the estate of Antoine Janis, senior, deceased, of Pine Ridge, South Dakota. April 18, 1910[[S. 3788](/us/bill/61/s/3788)][[Private, No. 45](/us/pvt/61/45)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of theAntoine Janis, sr.Payment to administrator of. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Horace C.
Dale, administrator of the estate of Antoine Janis, senior, deceased, for buildings and improvements at Pine Ridge Agency, taken by the Indian Bureau under section one of the Act entitled “An Act to divideVol, 25, p. 888. a portion of the reservation of the Sioux Nation of Indians in Dakota into separate reservations, and to secure the relinquishment of the Indian title to the remainder,” approved March second, eighteen hundred and eighty-nine, the sum of two thousand five hundred and fifteen dollars.
