CHAP. 170.— An Act For the relief of J. A. Denny April 16, 1910[[H. R. 9447](/us/bill/61/hr/9447)][[Private, No. 44](/us/pvt/61/44)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* J. A. Denny.Relieved from internal revenue tax. That the United States Commissioner of Internal Revenue be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to abate a tax of six hundred and sixty-nine dollars and seventy-six cents on distilled spirits assessed against J.
A. Denny, proprietor of grain distillery numbered twenty-seven hundred and ninety-three, located at Triplett, North Carolina, in the year eighteen hundred and ninety-five. Approved, April 16, 1910.
