CHAP. 164.— AN ACT To restore to the public domain certain lands withdrawn for reservoir purposes in Millard County, Utah. February 25, 1911.[[S. 8457](/us/bill/36/s/8457).][[Public, No. 423](/us/bill/36/pl/423).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Conqress assembled*, That the President may, in his discretion, restore to the publicPublic lands.domain, subject to entry under the public-land laws of the United States, such portions of the lands Lands in Millard County, Utah, restored to entry.withdrawn under the Act Vol. 25, p. 527.of October second, eighteen hundred and eighty- eight, for a United States reservoir site, in Millard County, Utah, not necessary for reservoir purposes, as he may designate.
