CHAP. 163.— An Act For the relief of Francis E. Rosier. February 24, 1911. [[H. R. 21613](/us/bill/61/hr/21613).] [[Private, No. 234](/us/pvtl/61/234).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Francis E. Rosier. Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws Francis E. Rosier, designated in the military records as Francis E. Rodier, who was captain of Company A, Twelfth United States Colored Heavy Artillery, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of said company and regiment on the twenty-second day of June, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided,*That*Proviso.*No prior pension. no pension shall accrue or become payable prior to the passage of this Act.
