CHAP. 160.— AN ACT To provide for sittings of the United States circuit and district courts of the northern district of Mississippi at the city of Clarksdale, in said district. February 24, 1911.[[H.R. 23695](/us/bill/36/hr/23695).][[Public, No. 422](/us/bill/36/pl/422).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That there shall be held at the city of Clarksdale, in the northern districtMississippi northern judicial district.of Mississippi,Terms at Clarksdale.a term of both the Vol. 22, p. 101, amended.circuit and district courts of said district on the second Monday in June and the second Monday in December of each year: *Provided,* *Proviso.*That suitable rooms and accommodations shall be furnished for the holding of said court without expenseCourt rooms.to the Government of the United States.
