CHAP. 159.— An Act For the relief of James J. Elliott. April 13, 1910[[H. R. 1324](/us/bill/61/hr/1324)][[Private, No. 39](/us/pvt/61/39)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration ofJames J. Elliott.Military record corrected. the pension laws James J. Elliott shall hereafter be held and considered to have been in the military service of the United States as a member of Company E, Seventh Regiment Tennessee Mounted Infantry Volunteers, from the fifteenth day of September, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, to the twenty-fifth day of January, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, and to have been discharged honorably as a member of said company and regiment on the latter date: *Provided*, That no pay,*Proviso*.No prior pension, etc. bounty, back pension, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
