CHAP. 157.— AN ACT Providing for aids to navigation along the Livingstone Channel, Detroit River, Michigan. February 24, 1911.[[S. 10690](/us/bill/36/s/10690).][[Public, No. 419](/us/bill/36/pl/419).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of Commerce and Labor Detroit River.be, and be is hereby, authorized to establish and provide such lights and buoys as may, in his judgment, be necessary to properly mark the Livingstone Aids to navigation authorized along Livingstone Channel.Channel in the Detroit River, Michigan, at an expense *Post,* p.1431.not to exceed two hundred and ten thousand dollars.
