February 24, 1911.[[S. 10011](/us/bill/36/s/10011).][[Public, No. 414](/us/bill/36/pl/414).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of San Pedro break water, Cal.Commerce and Labor be, and he is hereby, authorized to establish a light Light, etc., station authorized on.and fog-signal station on the San Pedro breakwater, California, *Post,* p. 1431.at a cost not to exceed thirty-six thousand dollars. Approved, February 24, 1911.
