West, of Monett, Missouri; M. L. Coleman, M. T. Davis, Jared R. Woodfill, junior, J. H. Jarrett, and William H. Standish, of Aurora, Lawrence County, Missouri; and L. S. Meyer, F. S. Heffernan, Robert A. Moore, William H. Johnson, J. P. McCammon, M. W. Colbaugh, and W. H. Schreiber, of Springfield, Greene County, Missouri, to construct a dam across the James River, in Stone County, Missouri, and to divert a portion of its waters through a tunnel into the said river again to create electric power.
