CHAP. 15.— An Act For the relief of the Merritt and Chapman Derrick and Wrecking Company. January 14, 1911. [[S. 3904](/us/bill/61/s/3904).] [[Private, No. 175](/us/pvtl/61/175).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Merritt and Chapman Derrick and Wrecking Company. Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Merritt and Chapman Derrick and Wrecking Company, of New York City, New York, the sum of two hundred and thirty-seven dollars and thirty-six cents, in full for damages resulting from injury to its boats and materials and failure to return the same after hire thereof by the War Department for use in laying submarine mines.
