CHAP. 146.— An Act For the relief of Mary Wind French. February 21, 1911. [[H.R. 21965](/us/bill/61/hr/21965).] [[Private, No. 230](/us/pvtl/61/230).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Mary French. Land patent in fee to. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized to issue patent to Mary French (née Wind) for the east half of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section thirteen and the north half of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of section twenty-five, all in township twenty seven north, range twenty-four east, the Indian meridian, containing forty acres, and the said Mary French is hereby empowered and authorized to sell, convey, and alienate said land without restriction.
