CHAP. 145.— An Act For the relief of the relatives of William Mitchell, deceased. February 21, 1911. [[H. R. 8699](/us/bill/61/hr/8699).] [[Private, No. 229](/us/pvtl/61/229).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* William Mitchell. Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon the relatives of deceased soldiers William Mitchell shall hereafter be held and considered to have been a member of Company C, First Regiment Tennessee 1997 Volunteer Mounted Infantry, Civil War, from the twenty-fifth day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, up to his death, which occurred the eighteenth day of September, eighteen hundred and sixty-three: *Provided,*That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall*Proviso.*No pay, etc. become due or be payable by virtue of this Act.
