CHAP. 143.— AN ACT To ratify a certain lease with the Seneca Nation of Indians. February 21, 1911.[[H.R. 31066](/us/bill/36/hr/31066).][[Public, No. 408](/us/bill/36/pl/408).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Représentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That a lease bearing date August tenth, nineteen hundred and ten, between the Seneca Nation of Indians Seneca Indians, N.Y.on the Cattaraugus and Allegany Reservations, in the State of New York, and Edward Bolard,Lenace with Edward Bolard ratified.of Cattaraugus County, New York, is hereby ratified and confirmed: *Provided,* *Proviso*.That the lessee or his assigns shall file a bond Bond required.for the benefit of the lessor in the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars for the faithful performance of the terms of said lease, to be approved by the Secretary of the Interior.
