CHAP. 142.— AN ACT To authorize E. J. Bomer and S. B. Wilson to construct and operate an electric railway over the National Cemetery road at Vicksburg, Mississippi. February 21, 1911.[[H.R. 26685](/us/bill/36/hr/26685).][[Public, No. 407](/us/bill/36/pl/407).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representat ives of the United Stades of America in Congress assembled*, That permission National cemetery, Vicksburg, Miss.is hereby given to E. J. Bonier and S. B. Wilson, their associates, successors, and assigns, to erect, construct, operate, and maintain an electric railway Right of way granted over road to.over and along the National Cemetery road, at Vicksburg, Mississippi, from said city of Vicksburg northward to the northern boundary of the government right of way for said road: *Provided,* *Provisos.*That a minimum width of thirty feet of roadway, over and above that used by the railway tracks, be left all along said road for a driveway, Driveway, etc.sidewalk, and gutters; that the licensees, their associates, successors, and assigns, shall repair all damage done to the government road way by the construction of their line of railway, and shall maintain their railway and said roadway within the tracks and for two feet on each side of the tracks in proper state and repair thereafter:
Secretary of War to approve plans, etc.*And provided further,* That said electric railway shall be constructed, operated, and maintained according to plans and specifications to be submitted to and approved by the Secretary of War, and under such regulations as may 927be prescribed by him; and that chapter one hundred and fifty-two of the Act Former law repealed.of the second session of the Fifty-ninth Congress, entitled Vol. 84, p. 849.“An Act to authorize George T. Houston and Frank B.
Houston to construct and operate an electric railway over the National Cemetery road at Vicksburg, Mississippi,” approved January eighteenth, nineteen hundred and seven, be, and the same is hereby, repealed: *Provided further,* That it shall be in the power of the Secretary of War, at any time, to revoke Revocation.the license granted in this Act. Sec.2.That the right to alter, amend,Amendment.or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 21, 1911.
