CHAP. 140.— An Act For the relief of F. W. Mueller. February 20, 1911. [[H. R. 31353](/us/bill/61/hr/31353).] [[Private, No. 228](/us/pvtl/61/228).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* F. W. Mueller. Reconveyance of lands to. That the Commissioner of the General Land Office be, and he is hereby,' authorized to reconvey, by proper deed of conveyance, all title which F. W. Mueller had vested in the United States Government to the following-described lands:
The north half of the northeast quarter of section eight, the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section five, and the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of section four, township eight north, range twenty-four west, San Bernardino meridian, in California, containing one hundred and sixty acres: *Provided,*That the*Proviso.*Proof required. said F. W. Mueller makes satisfactory proof of such conveyance to the United States of said land by the submission of an abstract of title, together with deed of conveyance to the United States of the same, which said deed and abstract or abstracts shall be retained in the files of the General Land Office.
