CHAP. 14.— An Act For the relief of Marcellus Troxell. January 13, 1911. [[S. 115](/us/bill/61/s/115).] [[Private, No. 174](/us/pvtl/61/174).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Marcellus Troxell. Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay Marcellus Troxell, of Sutton, West Virginia, out of any funds in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one thousand five hundred dollars, and said sum of one thousand five hundred dollars is hereby appropriated to compensate him for injuries received while in the employ of the Government on the Panama Canal.
