CHAP. 139.— An Act For the relief of the Sanitary Water-Still Company. February 20, 1911. [[H. R. 25679](/us/bill/61/hr/25679).] [[Private, No. 227](/us/pvtl/61/227).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Sanitary Water-Still Company. Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Sanitary Water-Still Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, or to the legal representatives of said company, the sum of eight hundred and fifty dollars, and said sum of eight hundred and fifty dollars is hereby appropriated, the amount due and unpaid said company on the sale of two evaporators to the Quartermaster-General’s Department, United States Army, for the United States Army transport Logan.
