CHAP. 137.— An Act For the relief of George Baker. April 1, 1910[[S. 4689](/us/bill/61/s/4689)][[Private, No. 37](/us/pvt/61/37)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administrationGeorge Baker.Military record corrected. of the pension laws George Baker shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged as a private of Company H, Third Regiment Delaware Volunteer Infantry, as to date October first, eighteen hundred and sixty-two: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. other emoluments shall accrue or become payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
