CHAP. 134.— AN ACT To authorize certain changes in the permanent system of highways, District of Columbia. February 20, 1911.[[H.R. 20375](/us/bill/36/hr/20375).][[Public, No. 404](/us/bill/36/pl/404).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Commissioners of the District of Columbia District of Columbia.are hereby authorized to prepare a new highway plan New highway plan for northwest section.for that triangular portion of the District of Columbia lying 925north of Rittenhouse street, west of Thirty-third street, and southeast of the District line, under the provisions contained in the Act of Congress Vol. 27, p. 532.approved March second, eighteen hundred and ninety-three, entitled “An Act to provide a permanent system of highways in that part of the District of Columbia lying outside of cities,’’ and an amendment to said Act approved Vol. 30, p. 519.June twenty-eighth, eighteen hundred and ninety eight; that upon the completion and recording of said new highway plan it shall take the place of and stand for any previous plan for said portion of the District of Columbia.
