CHAP. 133.— An Act For the relief of Maramon A. Martin. March 26, 1910[[H. R. 18845](/us/bill/61/hr/18845)][[Private, No. 36](/us/pvt/61/36)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration ofMaramon A. Martin.Military record corrected. the pension laws and the laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, Maramon A. Martin shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of Company A, Sixth Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, on the thirteenth day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided*, That no*Proviso*.No prior pension. pension shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
