CHAP. 133.— AN ACT To authorize the Secretary of Commerce and Labor to exchange a certain right of way. February 20, 1911.[[H.R. 31666](/us/bill/36/hr/31666).][[Public, No. 403](/us/bill/36/pl/403).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of Commerce and LaborChequamegon Point, Wis.be, and he is hereby, authorized to exchange a certain right of way, now vested in the United States, extending from the keeper’s dwelling to the United States light station Change of right of way to light station.at Chequamegon Point, Wisconsin, for a similar right of way on a more direct line between the same points, and to execute the necessary conveyance therefor: *Provided,**Proviso.*That such exchange be effected without expenseNo expense.to the United States.
