CHAP. 13.— An Act To refund certain tonnage taxes and light dues. January 12, 1911. [[H. R. 24786](/us/bill/61/hr/24786).] [[Private, No. 173](/us/pvtl/61/173).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Tonnage taxes and light dues. That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized to refund, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the following amounts to theAppropriation for refunding specified.[R.
S., secs. 4219, 4225 pp. 813,814](/us/rs/s4219/4225/pp813/814). respective-named companies, assessed and collected under sections forty-two hundred and nineteen and forty-two hundred and twenty-five, Revised Statutes, which amounts are hereby appropriated, to wit: Two thousand four hundred and thirteen dollars in the case of dredge 1880 numbered nine, scows numbered one, nineteen, and twenty-one, without enrollment, upon the application of C. H. Starke Dredge andC. H. Starke Dredge and Dock Company.
Dock Company; six hundred and seventy-four dollars in the case of derrick boats numbered seven and eleven and drill boat numbered three, without enrollment, upon the application of the Great LakesGreat Lakes Dredge and Dock Company. Dredge and Dock Company; one thousand and seventy-three dollars in the case of scows numbered sixteen and seventeen and drill scow numbered five, without enrollment, upon the application of the Buffalo Dredging Company; and five hundred and seventy-sevenBuffalo Dredging Company.Duluth Marine Contracting Company. dollars in the case of dredge numbered three, without enrollment, upon the application of the Duluth Marine Contracting Company.
