CHAP. 124.— An Act To pay Thomas P. Morgan, junior, amount found due him by Court of Claims. February 18, 1911. [[H. R. 5968](/us/bill/61/hr/5968).] [[Private, No. 219](/us/pvtl/61/219).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Thomas P. Morgan, jr. Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Thomas P.
Morgan, junior, four thousand nine hundred and forty-two dollars and twenty-eight cents, which sum is hereby appropriated in satisfaction of the findings of the Court of Claims of the United States in the case of Thomas P. Morgan, junior, numbered six hundred and ninety-two, Congressional, on the dockets of said court, said amount being the sum due said Morgan on a dredging contract in Norfolk Harbor with the Government, and for which the Government got value received.
