CHAP. 121.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pension to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the civil war, and to widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. March 23, 1910[[H. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of John M. Jeans, late of Captain J. W. Robertson’sPensions increased.John M. Jeans. Company B, Second Regiment Oregon Mounted Volunteers, Oregon and Washington Territory Indian wars, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Albert G. Rockfellow, late of Captain James Bruce’sAlbert G.

Freeman, late of Captains Buoy’s and Noland’s companies, Oregon Volunteers, Oregon and Washington Territory Indian wars, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Lafayette Higginbotham.The name of Lafayette Higginbotham, late of Troop K, Third Regiment Colorado Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Byrnes, late first lieutenant Company I, Thirteenth Regiment Minnesota Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of said William J. Byrnes until she reaches the age of sixteen years. Alexander L. Smith.The name of Alexander L. Smith, late of Company D, Thirty-second Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month.
