CHAP. 120.— An Act For the relief of Daniel H. Wiggin. March 23, 1910[[H. R. 16824](/us/bill/61/hr/16824)][[Private, No. 30](/us/pvt/61/30)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administrationDaniel H. Wiggin.Military record corrected. of the pension laws and the laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, Daniel H. Wiggin, now a resident of New Hampshire, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of Company B, Third Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, on the first day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided*, That no pension shall accrue prior*Proviso*.No prior pension. to the passage of this Act.
