CHAP. 113.— An Act Making an appropriation for folding speeches and pamphlets for the Senate. March 23, 1910.[[S. 7187](/us/bill/61/s/7187).][[Public, No. 100](/us/pl/61/100).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the sum of two thousandSenate.Appropriation for folding. dollars be, and the same is hereby, appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to supply a deficiency in the appropriation for folding speeches and pamphlets, at a rate not exceeding one dollar per thousand, for the Senate of the United States, for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and ten.
