CHAP. 112.— An Act To authorize the city of Saint Joseph, Michigan, to construct a bridge across Morrison Channel, of the Saint Joseph River, Michigan. March 23, 1910.[[H. R. 21221](/us/bill/61/hr/21221).][[Public, No. 99](/us/pl/61/99).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the city of Saint Joseph,Saint Joseph River.Saint Joseph, Mich., may bridge Morrison Channel of. a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Michigan, is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto, across Morrison Channel, of the Saint Joseph River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the city of Saint Joseph, in the county of Berrien, in the State of Michigan, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act toVol. 34, p. 84. regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 23, 1910.
