CHAP. 110.— An Act For the relief of Willard W. Alt. February 17, 1911. [[H. R. 17007](/us/bill/61/hr/17007).] [[Private, No. 218](/us/pvtl/61/218).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Willard W. Alt. Payment to. That the accounting officers of the Treasury be, and they are hereby, authorized to pay, out of any moneys not otherwise appropriated, to Willard W. Alt one hundred and twenty-five dollars, and said sum of one hundred and twenty-five dollars is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not 1994 otherwise appropriated, for resurvey of public lands in the State of Nebraska, made in accordance with specific instructions of the GovernmentSurveys in Nebraska. under his contract with the Government therefor, dated May ninth, nineteen hundred and one, pursuant to a special Act of CongressVol. 31, p. 729. approved January fourteenth, nineteen hundred and one, and the further sum of three hundred and sixty-five dollars, and said sum of three hundred and sixty-five dollars is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for surveys made of public lands in the State of Nebraska in accordance with specific instructions of the Government therefor, dated May twenty-sixth,Vol. 30, p. 1098. nineteen hundred, authorized by Act of Congress approved March first, eighteen hundred and ninety-nine.
