CHAP. 104.— An Act To authorize the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company to construct and maintain a bridge across the Missouri River in the neighborhood of Sibley, Missouri, and to remove the existing structure. March 23, 1910.[[S. 6662](/us/bill/61/s/6662).][[Public, No. 91](/us/pl/61/91).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Atchison, TopekaMissouri River.Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company may bridge, at Sibley, Mo.Vol. 34, p. 84. and Santa Fe Railway Company is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate, in connection with its railway, and in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six, a new bridge across the Missouri River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in the 240neighborhood of Sibley, Missouri, and in the vicinity of its existing Vol. 24, p. 493.bridge now constructed and maintained under authority of the Act of Congress approved March third, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, *Proviso*.Removal of old bridge.chapter three hundred and forty-nine: *Provided*, That the superstructure and piers of the existing bridge shall be completely removed down to a plane of fifteen feet below standard low water within one year from the date of completion of the new bridge herein authorized.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 23, 1910.
