CHAP. 101.— An Act For the relief of William H. Hawley. March 15, 1910[[H. R. 21693](/us/bill/61/hr/21693)][[Private, No. 25](/us/pvt/61/25)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administrationWilliam H. Hawley, alias Henry Hawley.Military record corrected. of the pension laws William H. Hawley, alias Henry Hawley, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as private in Company E, Twenty-first Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, on the sixth day of April, eighteen hundred and sixty-three: *Provided*, That no*Proviso*.No prior pension. pension shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
