CHAP. 10.— AN ACT Granting to the city of Bozeman, Montana, certain lands to enable the city to protect its source of water supply from pollution. January 12, 1911. [[S. 5862](/us/bill/36/s/5862).] [[Public, No. 331](/us/bill/36/pl/331).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of América in Congress assembled*, That to enable the city to protect its source of water supply from pollutionPublic lands.there is hereby granted to the incorporated city of Bozeman, in the State of MontanaGranted to Bozeman, Mont., the following-described public land, to wit:
The northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section twenty-eight, township one south, range six east, of the principal meridian in Montana, embracing thirty- nine and two hundredths acres, more or less: *Provided,**Proviso.*That the city shall pay for said land the sum of two dollars and fifty cents per acre.Payment. Approved, January 12, 1911.
