R. 8050](/us/bill/60/hr/8050).] [[Private, No. 117](/us/pvtl/60/117).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James R. Wyrick.Payment to. That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars, in full liquidation of the amount due James R. Wyrick, being the value of a mule furnished the Army of the United States during the war of the rebellion. Approved, February 8, 1909.
