Patten.Conveyance of land to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue a deed of conveyance to George S. Patten, of Williams, Coconino County, Arizona, to the following-described lands, to wit:
The northeast quarter of the northwest quarter and lots one, two, and three in section eighteen, township twenty-three north, range six east, Gila and Salt River base and meridian, Arizona Territory, Approved, March 24, 1908.
