C. Sturges.Payment to. Treasury be, and is hereby, authorized and instructed to pay to E. C. Sturges, late captain, First Illinois Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred and sixty-eight dollars and two cents.
