R. 13955](/us/bill/60/hr/13955).] [[Private, No. 114](/us/pvtl/60/114).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theE. C. Sturges.Payment to. Treasury be, and is hereby, authorized and instructed to pay to E. C. Sturges, late captain, First Illinois Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred and sixty-eight dollars and two cents. Approved, February 6, 1909.
