CHAP. 93.— An Act To correct the military record of George W. Hedrick. February 6, 1909. [[H. R. 7006](/us/bill/60/hr/7006).] [[Private, No. 111](/us/pvtl/60/111).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in. Congress assembled*, That George W. Hedrick,George W. Hedrick.Honorable discharge granted. late of Company B, Seventh West Virginia Volunteers, shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the service of the United States as of April second, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due*Proviso.*No pay, etc. or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
