CHAP. 91.— An Act For the relief of the estate of Charles Fitzgerald. February 6, 1909. [[H. R. 24303](/us/bill/60/hr/24303).] [[Private, No. 109](/us/pvtl/60/109).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Charles Fitzgerald.Payment to estate of. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay, out of any money not otherwise appropriated, to the estate of Charles Fitzgerald, late an inspector of the Post-Office Department, who was murdered while in the discharge of his duties as an officer of the United States and because of the faithful discharge of those duties, the sum of one thousand six hundred dollars, being one year’s salary.
