CHAP. 90.— An Act To reimburse the Eastern Salt Company, of Boston, Massachusetts, for certain excess duty. February 6, 1909. [[H. R. 14361](/us/bill/60/hr/14361).] [[Private, No. 108](/us/pvtl/60/108).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Eastern Salt Company, Boston, Mass.Reimbursement. That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Eastern Salt Company, of Boston, Massachusetts, the sum of three hundred and eighty-four dollars and eighty-four cents, the same being the amount of money paid by them as excess duty on certain salt in bulk, imported by the schooner Norumbega, July second, nineteen hundred, said salt having been erroneously appraised on entry.
