[[S. 1162](/us/bill/60/s/1162).] [[Private, No. 62](/us/pvtl/60/62).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theAlfred Burgess.Honorable discharge granted. Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the record of Alfred Burgess, late a seaman on board the United States steamships Sonoma and Juniata, and to remove any charge of desertion now standing against the record of said Alfred Burgess and to issue to him an honorable discharge.
