CHAP. 88.— An Act For the relief of Frederick Daubert. February 6, 1909. [[H. R. 17344](/us/bill/60/hr/17344).] [[Private, No. 106](/us/pvtl/60/106).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theFrederick Daubert.Payment to. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered to pay to Frederick Dauhert five hundred and ninety-six dollars and thirty-one cents, out of the moneys paid by said Dauhert under cash entry numbered one hundred and ninety-live, made at the Elreno, Oklahoma, land office, and to deposit in the Treasury of the United States on account of sales of public lands the sum of eighty-five dollars and nineteen cents, being the balance paid by said Daubert under said entry.
